5 tablespoons of yoghurt

10-12 blueberries

6 strawberries

1 teaspoon of honey

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

For the topping:

1 small banana

5-6 pieces of raw almonds

You can start the process by passing the strained yogurt through the blender. Then add chia and mix it. After this step, add honey and mix again, and finally add the fruits and nuts you have prepared for presentation.

Avocado Egg Bread

1 egg

1 slice of toast

1/2 avocado

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Salt and pepper

1-2 sprigs of fresh parsley

Peel and mash the avocado, add lemon juice, salt and black pepper to it and mix it all together. Then spread it on toasted bread. At the last stage, you can cook the egg and spread on the bread as it is still hot. If you like parsley, you can decorate it with minced parsley.

Omelette with Tomato and Artichoke

1 egg

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1 medium-size grated tomato

1 small artichoke, minced

1 small shallot

3 tablespoons of feta cheese

Put the egg in a bowl and beat it well. On one side, cook the olive oil, tomatoes, artichokes and shallots over medium heat for 2 minutes. At the last stage, reduce the heat and add the egg. Cook for 3 more minutes over the low heat. You can serve it by adding cheese at the last stage.

Strawberry Banana Chia Pudding

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 glass of milk (lactose-free / almond milk)

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon of coconut or almonds

1 teaspoon of honey

Mix all the ingredients and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then, optionally, you can add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa. After you take it out of the fridge, you can serve it by adding banana / strawberry / peach or any other fruit you like.
