You can
start the process by adding eggs, cottage cheese, and psyllium seeds to a large
bowl. Then mix all the ingredients well. Let the pancake mix rest for 5 minutes
to get a thick texture.

then proceed to cook by heating the butter in a nonstick pan. You can fry both
sides of the pancakes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. In the final stage,

You can
start by setting the oven to 180 Celsius degrees before preparing the cake.
Later start whisking the eggs,

You can mix all the dry
ingredients except the remaining almonds. Try to reach a smooth texture. Whisk
the whole mixture after adding the egg. Finally, let the dough rest for 5
minutes. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and line them on the tray in round
buns. Apply scrambled eggs and put almonds on them before putting them in the
oven. After 10-12 minutes, your cake will be ready. Cool it a little and then
you can eat your ketogenic dessert.
