The 3+3 diet is a diet that is suitable for losing weight you have recently gained in a fast way of getting rid of being stuck in the same weight. It will be very useful for you, especially before summer holidays.
Several points need to be considered when following this diet. You should consume 8-10 glasses of water alongside 2 cups of cinnamon tea every day, consume less salt, consume fresh fruits vegetables, use mint, thyme, basil, and such spices in your food, add garlic to your yogurt in the evening meal, or eat onions.
In addition, against constipation, gas, and bloating you can consume probiotics, and try to have a 1-hour walk per day and do pilates for 2-3 days per week, learn how to breathe correctly. You should also start trying different spices and flavors, it's important not to eat the same food all the time but spice things up.
Accelerated Program (2 to 3 Days)
In the morning, when you start the diet, you can consume 1 tomato, 1 pepper, parsley, fresh mint, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and spices (thyme etc.), and 2 plain wasa (rye crackers).
For a snack, you can consume 1 cup of coffee. For lunch, you can consume 3-4 grilled meatballs and prepared-at-home/grilled chicken (spicy)/grilled fish (sea bass, sea bream), 1 cup olive oil, vegetable, or salad with 2 plain wasa. For the second snack in the afternoon, you can go for 1 cup of coffee, green tea, and wasa. In the evening, you can consume grilled fish, arugula, parsley, and salad. In the third snack, you can drink 1 cup of coffee again.
Relaxation Program (3 Days)
You can start the diet in the morning with 1-2 slices of low-fat cheese, 5-10 olives, 1 egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, parsley, 2 slices of whole wheat bread. For lunch go for 1 portion of fruit, tomatoes, meat sauce with pasta, salad, or a sandwich with chicken/tuna/ cheese. The sandwich should be prepared with brown bread and with grilled chicken/spicy chicken/ tuna/ lean or low-fat cheese added to arugula, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers.
At the second snack in the evening, you can consume 1 serving of fruit, 10 almonds, and green tea. In the evening, a vegetable dish with minced meat, 1 slice of brown bread, 1 bowl of yogurt (200ml) will provide a good meal. At the third snack, you can complete the 3+3 diet by eating 1 serving of fruit. But still, it is recommended to follow these diets together with the recommendations of specialists. Because not every diet is suitable for everybody, and in this case, while it is desirable to lose weight, it can sometimes create other problems.
