Sweet fruits are bananas, grapes, melons, and dates.

What Are the Dried Fruits?

Dried fruits consist of plants such as dates, figs, apples, grapes, cherries, plums, bananas, and cranberries.

The class of fatty fruits consists of plants such as avocados, coconuts, and olives.

What Are the Plant Kernels?

The class of plant kernels consists of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, gourd seeds, and watermelon seeds.

Hard-shell nuts can be listed as pecans, Brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, pine nuts, hazelnuts, and beech chestnuts.

These benefits are argued to be effective in preventing and treating cancer, improving constipation and digestive problems, good for insomnia, effective for treating depression, accelerating weight loss, healing wounds, strengthening the immune system, and enhancing skin-hair and nail health.

What Are the Possible Harms of the Fruitarian Diet?

There are many possible harms to the fruitarian diet. These harms can increase the risk of diabetes and insulin resistance, weight loss due to severe protein deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, calcium deficiency, iron deficiency, zinc deficiency, omega 3 and omega 6 deficiency and fatty acids deficiency besides Alzheimer’s, dementia, and depression. In addition, it is observed that in a fruitarian diet, anorexia and symptoms such as emotional hunger, weakness, insomnia, loss of concentration, and forgetfulness may develop.
